Higher Aims was founded with the vision of tapping latent capacity of highly trained business professionals and matching it with the growing demand for incremental labor created by an increasingly competitive global environment. Based upon research conducted in 2005-6, it became evident that shifts in how work gets done and who is available to do the work, is of growing interest to cutting edge firms and high caliber individuals. Higher Aim's was formed to solve this social and economic problem, and to create innovative opportunities for firms and business professionls.
